Welcome to the Driftin’ Sands Motel located on the Outer Banks of NC, in Kill Devil Hills between Kitty Hawk and Nags Head. We are located at milepost 7, just over a mile from the Wright Brothers Memorial and less than a block from one of the Outer Banks most popular fishing piers.
We feature budget-friendly Outer Banks accommodations without sacrificing comfort. All lodging at the Driftin’ Sands is smoke free. We are located on the west side of the beach road, just 1500 feet from a beach access. Guests also have outdoor pool privileges (open seasonally) at our property 100 yards south.
